Hurricane Beryl Power Outage Beginning July 8, 2024 

MidSouth Electric Cooperative – Navasota, TX – July 10, 2024 – 7:30 P.M. 

 As of 8:00 P.M., MidSouth has restored 94% of meter outages reported following Hurricane Beryl on Monday. All substations are energized and feeders are in service. 

Community members will continue to see our trucks and the vehicles of our contractors across MidSouth territory working to repair isolated damage. The rate at which we are working will not change until repairs are complete. Estimated time of system restoration remains at 10:00 P.M. Thursday, July 11. 

Additional service interruptions may occur in the coming days if trees impacted by the storm continue to fall or drop limbs. We advise cooperative members with future power loss to text OUTAGE to 352-667 – this is the fastest method to register your address in our system.
