MidSouth Electric Co-op is a private, independent utility service provider, owned by the members it serves. It is one of the fastest growing electric cooperatives in the state of Texas. MidSouth Electric Co-op also has a wholly owned subsidiary, MidSouth Water Services, which provides services in water and wastewater.
