The staking fee for new construction
Wholesale Power Cost – Noted on each billing statement as WPCA or Wholesale Power Cost Adjustment, this allows the cooperative to recover cost associated with fluctuations in the price of fuels used to produce electricity. This is often a credit to the member.
Small Commercial Service – This rate applies to Commercial Members using 30 kW or less of billing demand through a single meter. Additional information about commercial rates are available from one of our member service representatives.
Availability Charge – The availability charge is a minimum monthly charge paid by the member.
Headquartered in Navasota, Mid-South Synergy has district offices in Montgomery and Huntsville. The cooperative serves members in Grimes, Montgomery, Madison, Walker, Brazos and Waller counties. The territory spans approximately 1600 square miles with 3 natural regions, Blackland Prairie, Oak Woods & Prairies, and the Piney Woods which includes the Sam Houston National Forest. The Brazos, Navasota, Trinity and San Jacinto rivers flow through the territory. Lake Conroe and Gibbons Creek Reservoir are located within our boundaries as well.
