Report an outage by choosing the affected account, selecting MENU, SERVICES, REPORT AN OUTAGE, then follow the prompts to complete.

The outage map can now be viewed in real-time within the app. Confirm outages are recorded and know when a crew is assigned to your area without going to the website.
