The calculator displays how a small commercial account is billed. Wholesale Power Cost accounts for changes in the cost of fuels to generate electricity to our substations. Wholesale Power Cost can be a debit or credit depending of the cost of power during a billing period. The Energy Charge is the cost for distributing power from our substations to the members. Service Availability is the minimum monthly charge.
