The following payment systems will be unavailable beginning on Wednesday, December 30th at 10:00 pm until Friday, January 1st at 12:00 PM for yearly scheduled maintenance:
• Online Bill Payment System
• Payment Kiosks (Unavailable 12/30 – 1/2 at 5:00 am)
• Phone Automated Payment System
• Pre-Paid Online Payment & Usage Monitoring
If you have a bill payment scheduled to occur/pay through a secondary party (such as your bank), please make sure to move the pay date until after January 2nd to avoid any processing delays.
We appreciate your patience and understanding. Yearly maintenance ensures our systems are up-to-date and ready to serve you. No planned outages or disconnects will be performed during this time. Crews will be on standby in the event an unplanned outage occurs.
Reminder: All MidSouth Electric Co-op offices will be CLOSED on December 31st & January 1st.
