Crews are ready and waiting to restore any outages caused by the storm as quickly and safely as possible. If you experience an electric outage, please report it by texting OUTAGE to 352-667  or calling 936-825-5100.

How to Set Up Text Messaging: Log onto your electric account at midsouthelectric.com and update your account information. Please make sure the phone number attached to your account matches the cell phone you want to report outages and receive updates from. To test our text messaging service, text MENU to 352-667. It could potentially take up to 24 hours for your device to be enrolled in our text messaging services.
