If you are a water member, you received a notice of change in the water SJRA rate in the mail recently. The SJRA rate charged for monthly water usage has increased due to a change in the fees charged by the San Jacinto River Authority, or SJRA.

Mid-South Synergy and MSEC Enterprises, Inc. water rate has remained consistent and hasn’t increased since 2007. Our goal is to provide a quality service at a reasonable rate. We will continue to work hard to maintain our rates for water, as others continue to climb and demand continues to grow.
