Power Outage Beginning June 21, 2023, at 7:15 P.M.
Navasota, TX – June 24, 2023 – 8:00 A.M.
MidSouth Electric Cooperative has successfully restored power to all members affected by severe weather on the evening of Wednesday, June 21. Damage from high winds and lightning caused approximately 283 outages affecting over 11,800 meters.
MidSouth employees from every department worked diligently to restore service to co-op members and their families.
Linemen and right-of-way crews, with the help of additional contract workers, replaced a substantial amount of electric service components and repaired extensive damage to restore service as quickly as possible.
MidSouth Electric Co-op thanks the community and its members for their continued patience and support.
